Join the Shelby County Voter Alliance and let's create the largest organized
nonpartisan voter engagement effort in Shelby County history!

The purpose of the Shelby County Voter Alliance is to encourage voter participation and engagement throughout the county by mobilizing people, providing resources and igniting the power of partnership in the election process.

  • Technology tools and other coordination and resources
  • A stipend to support targeted voter turnout and engagement efforts, as funds are available
  • List enhancement service to match your members/constituents list with the voter file
  • Data infrastructure to support phone banking and canvassing outreach
  • Assistance in setting voter turnout goals and measuring impact with pre- and post-election reporting
  • Listing as a partner on this website
  • Access to digital marketing collateral to support recruitment and turnout efforts

Through this very coordinated effort, you can volunteer to make calls, drive people to the polls, hand out flyers and more — to make sure our collective voice is heard. We’ll be using technology and resources that allow for targeted support and provide updated voter data.

  • MATA IS OFFERING FREE RIDES ALL DAY ON ELECTION DAY!
  • Other Free and Discount Rides:
    • $10 UBER VoucherSisterReach is offering $10 Uber vouchers for individuals needing a ride to the polls on Election Day in Tennessee. The Uber will pick you up from your home and take you to your assigned polling location and return you to your home. The voucher is good through 11:59PM Election Day.
    • Spin Scooters is offering free rides to the polls and adding more scooters in some polling locations. Use the code SPINTOVOTE for a $10 ride credit on election day. Spin scooters are around the city and have added additional scooters at the following locations:
